What staff is available at Gene Logic?
Gene Logic currently supports Genetic Alliance BioBank with a production staff of 20 full-time laboratory personnel plus Biorepository, QC, QA, production planning, and data management staff. There is a Quality Assurance staff dedicated to maintaining the QC systems and GLP environment. A staff of ten handles data analysis and database management. Processes are governed by Standard Operating Procedures with a highly trained staff of professionals. All current production employees have a minimum of a bachelor´s degree. In addition to the production staff, there are six PhDs in the areas of biochemistry, microbiology and molecular biology that provide guidance, support and direction to the production and technical staff. The Senior Director of the Biorepository and Pathology Department is a board-certified MD in pathology. Additional and specialized pathology services are available on demand.
