Basic subscription rate plan is based on: 1- A SIM charge (one time fee) 2- No Activation fee 3- Monthly Subscription 4- user will pay his usage upon issuing of the invoice The Post Pay Allowance to be available at a later stage with: 1- A SIM Charge (one time) 2- No Activation 3- Monthly subscription with allocated free minutes. The amount of monthly allowance is 120 outgoing voice minutes. 4- roll over of unused monthly allowance to a next month is NOT allowed 5- if a customer has used his allowance, his SIM card is NOT blocked or deactivated, i.e. SIM card will remain active and user will be charged for overusage of his allowance upon issuing of monthly invoice.
