What sports will be offered at Johns Creek High School?
It is our intention to offer all GHSA sanctioned sports for boys and girls at our new high school. We intend to play a JV and ninth grade team in football and we intend to have varsity teams in every other sport. Head coaches will be listed as they are hired under the Faculty link. Booster organizational opportunities will be listed under the How To Get Involved link. We now have a transition athletic coordinator on staff. The hiring of all head coaches will occur February through June 2009. Once head coaches are hired, each coach will begin to organize a booster group. Once students make choices on attending a school (early spring semester 2009) we will know more accurate grade level numbers for each high school. At that point, each coach will be able to determine which teams they will create from the numbers and talent at the school.
