What specific types of surfaces can I use the Vac-Then-Steam® on?
The Vac-Then-Steam® is engineered for premium performance exclusively on hard floor surfaces, and is not intended for area rugs or carpets. It can be used on all sealed hard floor surfaces – including sealed hardwood, linoleum, ceramic tile, or marble and other stone floors. Note that we do not suggest use of this product on unsealed surfaces, such as unfinished hardwood, unglazed ceramic floors, or unsealed stone floors. Your Vac-Then-Steam® is designed to clean surfaces that will withstand high heat and moisture; this includes Lacquer and polyurethane coatings. – Lacquer and polyurethane coatings provide a hard durable protective finish that withstands moisture. – The sheen may be removed by the heat, steam, and friction of the cleaning tools. – Do not use on unsealed wood surfaces especially wood antique furniture, unglazed ceramic tile, painted surfaces or surfaces that have been treated with wax, oils, varnished, or shellac. – It is always recommended to test an isolated area of t
