What specializations does the AULA Masters in Organizational Management offer?
Once students have completed the required core courses, they can specialize in one of four areas: Leadership, Management, Human Resource Management or Organizational Development. A fifth option is that students may work with their advisor to tailor an individualized specialization that exactly meets their career and professional needs.
