What special terms and conditions apply to orders which contain custom items?
There are a few items we sell, such as 11×14 and 16×20 enlargements, which are made to your order. Because these custom items cannot be restocked, we require nonrefundable payment in advance for orders which contain custom items. We will accept custom items for return only in case of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, and then only in exchange for the identical item. Since custom items are made to order they have a longer delivery time then our stock items. You should allow up to two weeks between placing an order containing custom items and the order’s shipment. Time in transit from our facility to you will generally add from one to seven days. See “How long will it take to receive my order?” for further information on shipping methods and expected time in transit. To save shipping expenses orders that contain stock and custom items are held until the custom items are ready.
