The evaporator is easily dried by running the climate control system with heat on High, fan on High, and mode set to Recirculate, first making sure that the compressor is not engaged. Running hot air through the plenum chamber for 20 minutes will remove any moisture, ensuring that surfaces are dry. After the product has been sprayed into the A/C system, it needs to sit for 15 minutes. After this 15-minute drying time, the climate control system is re-engaged (again with heat on High, fan on High and mode set to Recirculate) and run for 20 minutes to cure the product onto coated surfaces. Once this has been done, the installation is complete! The only other necessary precaution is to remove any microfilters from the system prior to installing AC Odor Shield. These filters will clog if AC Odor Shield is applied to them, in addition to blocking AC Odor Shield from rea
