e Gistics‘ hosted archive can be accessed by users, administrators, customers, partners, etc. via Internet Explorer. Images, documents, etc. are viewed via the free version of Adobe Reader.

eGistics supports stringent user security, and enables its customers to administer their own users from login to specific image and data access privileges. eGistics takes care of the data center infrastructure, hardware upgrades, data center security, compliance (PCI, HIPAA), etc.

Typical customers include those in financial services (remittance/lockbox, Same-day Decisioning, ACH and Dispute Management, i-COLD Report Management) and Healthcare (Digital Medical Practice and Digital Mailroom).
