What special forms/attachments do AHSEP students need to complete in order to take the GED tests?

AHSEP students, in collaboration with their schools, must submit to the local test site an Attachment C along with their Attachment AApplication for Testing in order to be eligible to test. In addition, their AHSEP program must complete and the students must submit the purple GED Options for Selected Students Enrolled in Secondary Schools GED Testing Authorization Form. All attachments are available on our web site at www.emsc.nysed.gov/ged. The GED Options forms only are available from the NYSED AHSEP office; to obtain the forms, AHSEP programs should contact Joseph Leffler at (518) 486-6090 or at jleffler@mail.nysed.gov.
