What space is available for caterers to set up a buffet at the Alumni and Visitors Center?
There are a number of options when it comes to setting up a buffet at the Alumni and Visitors Center. If you are hosting an event in the AGR Hall, the best option is to reserve a space called the Library. The Library is a long, narrow room located between the AGR Hall and the main lobby. Its dimensions and location make the Library an ideal spot for a two-sided buffet. Best of all, the Library comes at no additional charge as long as you reserve a room within the Alumni and Visitors Center. If you’d rather not set up a buffet in the Library for your event in AGR Hall, you are welcome to use the alcove spaces within AGR Hall for food and drinks. Clients who reserve the Moss Patio may also use the Library, as long as it is not under reservation for a different event, however, most clients who reserve the patio choose to put buffet tables outside instead.
