He probably will not go to a special needs facility unless he has special needs. some facilities may have a special needs yard, but they most likely would not allow regulars onto those yards…. Think about it, If someone is Special Needs, one of those needs would probably be to be kept away form others. The classification departments usually do a fair job of putting inmates where they belong, not necessarily where They WANT to go, in fact , usually NOT! Your Boyfriend would be best served by adopting an attitude of co-operation and focus on getting through his ordeal and a little less on how much he can get things to go his way, which is what got him there to start with.
