Calculation of earnings includes any sources of funding or income from the Government of Ontario including, but not limited to: fee-for-service payments, non-fee-for-service payments, Northern Physician Retention Initiative, Phase 1 Academic Health Science Centres funding, laboratory medicine services, Hospital Pediatric Stabilization funding, psychiatric sessional and/ or stipend funding, hospital on-call coverage funding and government salary for clinical services. The following sources are not eligible under this program: reimbursements from the Malpractice Reim­bursement Pro­gram, Employment Insurance (EI), Uninsured Services, Disability, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB).
