The New York Times offers monthly diagramless puzzles as part of their Premium Crosswords collection, which is available only by subscription. Occasionally books containing compilations of diagramless puzzles are published, although these are fairly infrequent. A new book of very nice diagramless puzzles by Brendan Emmett Quigley was published in late 2009. I highly recommend this book.
