3 The MyLINE Set Discount will be applied if you agree to the terms and conditions for the MyLINE Set Discount and the combined bill when applying for OCN ADSL “FLET’S”, you register the phone number to appear on the combined bill (combined bill application), and you complete the application for the MyLINE Set Discount. When applying via an application form, you will need to complete separate procedures online for the combined bill application. Information regarding these procedures is included in A Guide to Applications, which will be sent to you after you apply for OCN ADSL “FLET’S”. Additionally, the number appearing on the combined bill must be registered with NTT Communications for MyLINE Plus for out-of-prefecture calls in order to receive the MyLINE Set Discount. If you have not yet completed MyLINE Plus registration, you are requested to do so as soon as possible after confirming that your OCN ADSL “FLET’S” is up and running.
