What sorts of childrens activities are there in Big Sky?
Moonlight Basin has a full slate of kids’ activities in the winter season, and other outdoor and recreation activities are available throughout the Big Sky area. Be sure to inquire in advance of any planned activity about any age limits, for example, for rafting or horseback riding. Within a less than two-hour’s drive of Big Sky to the north or south, you’ll find a wider variety of activities for smaller children, such as museums, parks, and West Yellowstone’s Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center – a care facility for wild animals that can’t survive on their own.
