What sort of travel opportunities exist?
Teachers spend their holidays in various places throughout South East Asia such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam etc. Many teachers from the UK take the opportunity to visit Australia and New Zealand, and some adventurous types go further afield to China, orIndia. It is also fairly easy to travel around Borneo by car, plane or boat into the Malaysian states of Sarawak and Sabah.
