Support will be provided via Cisco SMARTnet and will be free of charge for a period of five years from the date that the equipment is shipped. Cisco SMARTnet support includes access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be given details of how to access support when you receive your order.
