What sort of support services does CIL Technosoft provide?
All software solutions need adequate production support. After the delivery of a project, CIL Technosoft provides free support services for a stipulated period of time. At the conclusion of the free support period, the client is required to sign an annual maintenance contract if the client wishes to continue with those services. Support procedures, service level agreements and response times for different levels of severity are outlined in the maintenance contract.
