What sort of questions might I be asked for a Band 5 nurse interview?

I’ve had two interviews for a band 5 nurse, unfortunately they were about 3 years ago. I remember in one I was asked what clinical governance was. In the other I was asked when I would wash my hands and the difference between washing hands with soap and water and just using the alcorub. In both I was given situations about patients becoming more poorly and what I would do, what signs I would be looking for etc. Sorry neither of my interviews were for a fracture clinic but hope this helps a little.
