What sort of quality are the welcome packs, do they look cheap?
Your welcome packs are A4 folded (A5 size). They are printed at a high resolution on 250gsm paper (thick). Once printed they are matt laminated to give they a high quality feel. Your membership card is printed on 760micron plastic card (same as credit card) again this is full colour front and back. The cards are also matt laminated giving a high quality finish. They also contain the customers unique membership number. The card is then glued to the welcome pack.
