What sort of protection will the Halo come with when shipped?
A – Unless you purchase a Travel Hard Case, your new Halo will be shipped in a carefully prepared strong reusable cardboard box. If you chose the Soft Bag as your accessory, it will ship packed in that as well. Please keep this box for use when shipping your Halo back to us for tuning or repair work. If you purchase the optional Travel Hard Case, your Halo will ship in that, of course.
