MICA has received grant support for a variety of different programs and projects. Recent grants include $1,000,000 from the Rouse Company Foundation for MICA’s East Baltimore Initiative; $128,000 from the Jacques & Natasha Gelman Foundation to continue their named scholarship at MICA; $14,200 from the Maryland State Arts Council for MICA’s Exhibitions Department; over $16,000 from the Parks & People Foundation for MICA’s Super Kids Camp program; and nearly $50,000 from the Maryland State Department of Education to support MICA’s Summer Teacher Institute, among others.
