What sort of pollution controls will be used for the Gold River Project?
GIE will be upgrading the existing emission controls of the former pulp mill with a proven state-of-the-art multi-clone, lime injection gas quench scrubber and bag-house filtration injection system (>99.9% of all particulate matter captured), GIE will surpass all required environmental standards in British Columbia and become a leader on biomass combustion in the Province.
