The filter server will be connected to the Internet using a fibre optic cable at 100Mb/sec, costing $2000 per month. Comparing this to commercially available connections, it sounds like it will be a connection through the Wellington Citylink network and that price will probably include 5-10Mbps of Internet bandwidth.
