What sort of information goes into the portfolio?
Case studies: this is evidence of all the people you have practiced on, client record cards, treatment records, etc, plus before and after photographs in some cases. Essential knowledge: these are question and answer sheets covering all the theory you learnt on the course and from your manual. VTCT assessment booklet: this is completed to show you have covered a wide range of different clients and situations, and is completed by the assessor when you come back for assessment.
