What sort of guarantee do the buildings have?
All our buildings have a 12 month manufacturers warranty on parts, apart from Lugarde who have a five year part replacement guarantee. For example, should a lock fail after four years, Lugarde would replace it, free of charge. Because wood is a natural product and prone to ‘splits’ and ‘shakes’, these are not covered by any guarantee, although we would endeavour to sort out as much of a problem as we are physically able to.
