What sort of deal could Britain have done with Hitler during WWII?

Hitler wanted Britain out of the war in early 1941 so that he could concentrate his forces on invading Russia. Rudolf Hess made a secret flight to the Duke of Hamilton’s estate in Scotland but he lost his way ,ran out of fuel and had to use his parachute. On landing he was captured by a local policeman and spent the rest of his life in prison. He was hoping to contact members of the royal family and aristocracy who had been sympathetic to the Nazis before the war But Churchill would never have done a deal with him. By then everyone knew that Hitler’s promises were worthless. Churchill was sympathetic to Zionism but changed his mind when jewish terrorists began attacking British troops in Palestine in the 1940s when Britain was trying to defend the Middle East from Rommel’s forces. He did not like being stabbed in the back.

That is a question you will never know the answer to. I don’t like the term ‘Jewish Sympathiser’ either. Try ‘People Sympathiser,’ because Hitler was out to get anyone that didn’t comply because he was a psychopathic lunatic and anyone who considered a deal with a man like that would not be worth the breath he takes. You cannot deal with nutcases – just look in the history books if you want proof of that.

There was no deal Britain could have done that would have been worthwhile;Hitler never kept to any of the international deals he made, not over Sudetenland,Czechoslovakia,or the Pact of Steel with Stalin. He also ignored the neutrality of several countries during the war.Why would Britain want to make a treaty in 1940 with the same country and leader as 1939 (Munich), which that leader had broken only a few months later? Hitler’s offer in 1940 was to leave the British Empire intact if he were allowed a free hand in Europe, but this was clearly nonsense – Hitler’s Italian allies were already fighting the British in North Africa and East Africa, attempting to expand their colonial empire at Britain’s expense. When Chamberlain resigned, many thought Lord Halifax would be the new Prime Minister – he was in favour of making peace with the Germans.Fortunately, the Conservatives chose Churchill, knowing of his dislike for Hitler and the Nazis (there is no evidence to suggest Churchill was a Jewish s

There were a few that wanted to test the waters for a truce. Churchill saw the truth though, and sidelined them. Any deal would have been crippling. Germany in a truce with us would have been a disaster. No aid to the USSR to stop the Germans overwhelming them. We would probably have kept away from that life saving and indeed country saving endeavor. Come the bombing of Pearl we would almost certainly be pulled in and the wolf packs in the atlantic would have had a head start and truly decimated troop and aid convoys. We were fighting them before the US entered the war and gaining ground all that would have been lost with a truce. Much research with the bomb would have been curtailed and the war would have lasted longer. The war also drove certain advances and a truce could well have curtailed that as well. Such as Spitfire performance and bomber capacity and bombing accuracy. War drove a lot of advances. We could well have lost. Holding out we had odds in our favor for a win.

If we had done deal with Hess, Hitler would have been deposed very quickly, and there would have been a King on the throne of the Anglo-German Empire, and it would still be in place.
