What sort of clothes should I wear when I get a Holter monitor?
Whenever I had to wear a holter monitor to work, I would wear a t-shirt. I could easily hide it, and no electrodes and the tape that holds them will be noticable. I only would have to wear them for 24 hours at a time. Maybe you could skip school that day and try to maintain the same activities of daily living that you do at school. If it’s cold where you live already, wear a sweater or some kind of thick clothing. Take some advice from someone who has some years on you. 😉 I’ve had open heart surgery for my heart condition that I was born with. I had the scar showing when I was 19. I decided to choose whether I was going to accept to be okay with my condition and the scar that showed, or not be okay with it. Being okay with it is much easier, and I’ve owned it ever since. The clothes that are made for us ladies are low cut and tight. Just show it. Your friends, if they are really your friends, won’t be critical of you. But there are other a**holes out there that will say something. The
