What sort of background checks does Home Details run on candidates and when?
Before a candidate meets with you in-person, a background check will be run through a third party investigator. The standard record check includes Social Security verification, State Misdemeanor/Felony Record Check and Sex Offender Record Check for each state a candidate has lived in. The recruitment process is a PROCESS and it can take on many twists and turns based on the candidate’s background and the needs of the hiring household. Although we have a standard we follow, we also respond to the individual needs of our clients and provide additional resources as needed and requested.
