What sort of amenities will be offered in the Avimor community?
The primary amenity and one that is available for use today is the gorgeous Foothills setting that Avimor provides! Nestled in the shadows of Stack Rock underneath Bogus Basin to the east, Avimor provides the perfect location for a variety of recreational activities – hiking, running, backpacking and mountain biking to name just a few. For an easy quick stroll, an on-site, improved trail system will meander through the community. For the more vigorous trail enthusiast, those on-site trials will lead to off-site unimproved trials that will take you as far….well as far as you have the stamina to go! In addition to trails, small parks will be constructed within the community with turf and playground equipment to entertain the youngsters.
