The 0.8 um (typ. Ft’s of 18 GHz) CMOS process technology is available for immediate 150 mm diameter wafer foundry design starts. The 0.8um technology supports full 5 volt logic and RF. Honeywell has a 20 year production history manufacturing SRAM, ASIC and mixed signal IC products, using SOI wafer processes, for many commercial applications.
