— Windows 98 and NT are incompatible with the DOS version of X-Ware. If the DOS version is being used, reboot your system in DOS mode and then re-open up X-Ware. Other options are to: 1) switch to Windows 95 OS or older when using the DOS version of X-Ware, 2) use another type of terminal emulator, such as PROCOMM or HyperTERMINAL. For users of Windows 98, NT, or newer Windows platforms, contact the Compumotor Applications Dept at 1-800-358-9070.
