What software is used for list and contact management?

Microsoft Access, Symantec’s ACT, and Telescript • Access offers great flexibility with database reporting and screen design, and when used with an automated dialing function, mirrors the capabilities of many other contact management systems. • ACT is most commonly used on b-to-b programs. It is not a true telemarketing software system but has the advantages of being very easy to setup and can capture a wide variety of information quickly. • Telescript is more of a true telemarketing software package and is used on higher volume programs. It takes longer to setup but it also allows for an increased level of productivity that makes up for the increased upfront setup costs.
