There are two stream formats available: Real and Windows Media. The required software is Real Player or Windows Media Player (version 10 or higher) and a web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.). Because of the variable success of Macintosh/Flip4Mac users when attempting to listen to the Windows Media format we recommended Macintosh users listen to the Real format. It is highly recommended that users keep their software up-to-date and clear the browser’s cache regularly.
