There are several freely available options for computing the RMA expression measure. • Bioconductor – A collection of packages in the R language for analysis and manipulation of biological data. The appropriate package for computing the RMA expression measure is the affy package. • RMAExpress – A standalone program for the Windows environment that focuses only on computing the RMA expression measure. There are perhaps other free non-commericial software for doing so, but the two above are those that I personally support.
