Bobbi Brown: Blue eyes look good in brown shadows too, but they look amazing in grays, slates, and navies. I don’t recommend green shadows for blue eyes. For green eyes, yellowy brown shadows can make the eyes pop, and for evening, charcoal and gun metal work great for all three eye colors; they give the eyes a smoky effect.
