What snow loads are available?
Up to 125# engineered snow loads are available for a nominal charge. Metal roofs are also available. • Can I install these Cabins myself? In most cases a homeowner with some basic construction skills can set-up these Canterbury Cabins. You can also hire a contractor to do the set-up for you. You can obtain your own building permits, hire your contractor to obtain them for you, or we have a permit facilitator that will obtain your permits for you for a fee. Canterbury Cabins does not do site preparation, set-up and related construction items, or obtain permits. We do have a list of contractors that do this type of work. We are not aligned with any of these tradesmen and offer you their names as an accommodation only. • Does Canterbury Cabins build these Cabins? No, we have a company in Phoenix build them for us to our specifications. • How long does it take from order to delivery?
