Before Laurus Edutech deploys you on assessment assignments, you undergo a detailed orientation program. Our Assessor orientation program is a detailed course where you receive training on the basics of the assessment process, the key guidelines to be followed, ideal assessor ideal behaviour etc. The orientation program will also answer your questions with respect to preparing for an assessment, conducting an assessment, production of results, and performance of post-assessment reviews. Our assessors get a unique login that provides them with several features to communicate, and to view data of the assessments performed.
