What skills are employers of chartered accountants looking for?
Employers will be looking for candidates who meet their specified entry requirements (these will vary depending on the firm). This will include a strong academic background. Some, especially the larger organisations, will specify a predicted 2:1 and will also sometimes specify a certain number of UCAS points.
