I haven’t skated in Tour, but downsize 0.5 from my shoe size for Mission and as much as 2 for CCM, Bauer + Graf; keep in mind skates fit differently depending on the brand and even the model so your best bet is really to try them on in person if at all possible

General rule of thumb for buying skates is size small. I know it sounds crazy but they make skates a size larger than you need. so if you got a 9 skate you would get a ten shoe. Therefor you should get an 8 skate.
