What sizes are available for the VITAband?
VITAbands are available in two sizes – S/M and L/XL. These standard sizes should fit most wrists. For women and children, we recommend the S/M size, which measures 180mm or approximately 7 inches. For men, we recommend the L/XL, which measures 202mm or approximately 8 inches. To ensure you order the most appropriate size, use a soft measuring tape to measure your wrist. Take the measurement at the wrist bone. VITAbands are made with a flexible and slightly stretchy material to accommodate a wide range of wrist sizes.
