What size skateboard and shoes and a helmet?
I get a skateboard soon and this is my first time skating. And what I need to know is what size skateboard and a helmet that I need. I’m “5’8, weighs about 135. For a 5’8 “and weight, I would recommend a board size of 7.75. Any reduction of 7.5, are usually small. You can adjust what size you prefer that you continue to skate. The board has not long enough unless you use primarily for transport skatboarding. As for making turns, you’ll end up paying a lot of money for the new councils. So you have less you expand the capacity of this kind of advice that you prefer. skateboarding shoes should be recommended.
