What size of kettlebell should I get?
That would all depend on your current level of fitness (or the level you’re about to reach). For example, for an active male of normal size, a 36 lb KB would likely feel “just right”, while a 53 lb KB would almost seem like too much. Since they come in all variations and sizes nowadays, it would help if you could try out several of them. We suggest picking up a set that’s just beyond your fitness level. If you have money to burn, then by all means, get several sizes.
