What size Needle, Fluid Tip and Air Cap should I use?
The volume of paint per coat, the finish required and the viscosity of the coating (paint) being sprayed must be considered when selecting the appropriate needle, fluid tip and air cap. REMEMBER: The larger the needle and fluid tip, the greater the flow of paint from the paint cup or tank will be. The larger the hole in the center of the air cap, the greater the volume of air there will be to atomize that paint.
