Lakeside Builders holds an Unlimited License for both residential and commercial projects. This means we are able to complete your project no matter the size or budget. At the same time we were constructing our largest residential project (approx. 7000 sq ft under roof) we were completing our smallest (720 sq ft). Most of our projects are vacation homes and second homes to be future retirement homes and are typically between 1300 and 2500 sq ft.
