So you’re better off using the 8×11 pan, as it’s much closer to the original area. Since it’s slightly larger, you should reduce the cooking time a bit — maybe check it 5 t0 10 minutes before the recipe says. If you use the 9″ round pan, it may not come out right; you will probably have to cook it for a lot longer.
