What size are the Depot rooms available for rental, and how many people do they accommodate?
The Billings Depot has two rooms available for rental. You can check out photos on the website. We frequently host wedding celebrations, but many other daytime and evening events are also held at the Depot. You may rent one of the rooms or the entire facility for daytime or evening events. The Passenger Station Offers a high arched ceiling and will seat about 125 persons for a reception or dinner. It can accommodate approximately 150 persons if set up theatre-style – i.e., using chairs only. (Dimensions 48’x 49’) An adjacent conference room (18’x26’) is included in the Passenger Station rental. The Baggage Room Is rated to seat 300 persons, but nicely accommodates groups of 150 – 300. (Dimensions 42’ x 90’). Each room offers sufficient space for a DJ and a dance floor area.
