What situations may arise where a resident may not be able to continue living at Willow Creek?
Willow Creek is committed to providing quality care and services so that residents are able to remain in their apartments as long as possible. When the community is no longer able to safely provide for their care and meet their needs, other arrangements will have to be made. Situations in which we would no longer be capable of providing services include: • The resident demonstrated behavior that imposes an imminent danger to self or others • Refusal to pay, or nonpayment of charges • The facility can’t meet the resident’s needs with the available support structure.
