Appropriate UBC signatures are required including applicant, UBC Department Head and Dean’s office for your Faculty (where applicable) and ORS. NOTE: This Policy does NOT apply to forms that are a “Notification of Intent to Apply (NOI)”, such as the NSERC form 180, CIHR registration package, SSHRC NOI for Standard Research Grants Program. No Research Services signature is required in these cases.
