What side effects can be expected from IPL/Laser Treatments?
Light effects on the skin can produce areas that have increased, decreased or variable pigment changes. Occasionally an effect on the beard region can occur with spotty bald spots which may be temporary or permanent. The most common effect on the skin is redness. This is generally mild and self limiting but occasionally blister formations can occur. Skin testing can be done prior to your treatment to assure that your skin can tolerate the treatments.
